Managing Attendance in Group Programs

The Attendance tab in the Group Programs section provides a complete overview of session attendance across all enrolled patients. It allows Team Members to log attendance, track participation, and monitor completion across multiple sessions and dates.


📍 Where to Find It

  1. Go to Group Programs from the sidebar.

  2. Navigate to the Attendance tab.

  3. Select a Group Program from the drop-down

You'll see two core panels:

  • Attendance Overview – Summarises each patient's attendance

  • Session Attendance Record – Displays attendance by date


👥 Attendance Overview

This panel shows a row for each enrolled patient and includes:

  • Start Date – When they began the program

  • Patient MRN

  • Name

  • Sessions Attended / Did Not Attend / Cancelled

  • Total Sessions – e.g. 2/5

  • State – e.g. Booked, Did Not Complete

You can use this panel to quickly review who has attended most sessions and identify dropouts or risks.


🗓️ Session Attendance Record

This panel displays attendance data by session date:

  • Attended

  • Did Not Attend

  • Cancelled

  • Total Booked – Number of patients expected for that session


✍️ How to Mark Attendance

  1. In the Session Attendance Record, click the ••• menu next to a session.

  2. Select Mark Attendance.

  3. In the pop-up modal, you’ll see all patients booked for that session.

  4. For each patient, select one of the following:

    • Attended

    • Did Not Attend

    • 🚫 Cancelled

  5. Click Save.

🎯 Attendance stats will update immediately across both panels.


🔁 Can I Edit Attendance Later?

Yes — you can open any past session and adjust the logged attendance as needed by repeating the steps above.
