Managing Your Notification Preferences

You can now choose which email notifications you receive from Wellifiy. Each Team Member controls their own preferences, so your inbox reflects the updates you actually want to see.


📍 Where to Find Notification Preferences

Go to: My Profile → Edit

Scroll to the Notifications section at the bottom of your profile form.


🔔 What You Can Configure

Four notification types are available, each with its own toggle. Turn any of them on or off independently.

💬 Message Notifications

Email alerts when you receive a new message in a channel or direct conversation.

📋 Assessment Form Notifications

Email alerts when a patient submits an assessment that you're responsible for reviewing.

🏃 Activity Notifications

Email alerts for patient activity events (check-ins, activity completions, and similar patient-side actions).

📅 Appointment Notifications

Email alerts when Appointments are booked, rescheduled, or cancelled.


⚙️ Updating Your Preferences

  1. Open My Profile
  2. Click Edit on the profile page
  3. Scroll down to the Notifications section
  4. Toggle each notification type on or off as you prefer
  5. Click Save to apply

Changes take effect immediately. You can revisit these settings any time.


💡 Good To Know

Each Team Member's preferences are personal. Turning them off for yourself doesn't affect anyone else on your team.
