Messaging Management Permissions

Messaging Management Permission is a role-based setting that gives Team Members advanced control over messaging. It ensures that only authorised staff can create, manage, and moderate channels and conversations.


🛠️ What Messaging Managers Can Do

Team Members with Messaging Management Permission can:

  1. Create Group Channels

    • Start new group conversations from the Group Channels section.

    • Add patients and Team Members into the channel.

  2. Manage Participants

    • Add or remove patients and Team Members from group channels at any time.

  3. Moderate Messages

    • ✏️ Edit & Delete posts made by patients or Team Members across all channel types (Patient, Staff, Group, Direct Messages).
