My Calendar Overview
The My Calendar screen gives Team Members a clear and interactive view of their weekly schedule. It displays upcoming appointments, synced unavailability, and helps prevent double-bookings by showing exactly when you are available.
🔍 Key Features
🗓 View Options
You can toggle between:

Day View – shows a single day.

Week View – shows a full week at a time.
Use the arrow buttons or Today to navigate through the calendar.
📌 Calendar Colors & Event Types
Each calendar block is color-coded for clarity:

🟧 Peach – Group Program appointments
Automatically populated when you are a facilitator in a Group Program. -
🔴 Red – External calendar events (e.g. synced from Google or Outlook) and unavailability blocks
These times are blocked out and not bookable directly by Patients if you our organisation allows Patient self-booking. -
🔵 Blue – Individual patient appointments

⚪️ Greyed-out time slots – Outside your defined availability hours
These times are visible but not active for bookings.
➕ Creating Appointments
There are two ways to create appointments:

Click "+ Appointment" at the top right of the screen
Opens the new appointment modal where you can select the type, date/time, patient (if applicable), and service. -
Click directly on the calendar at the desired time
This is a quick shortcut that opens the same appointment creation modal with the selected date and time pre-filled.
🔄 External Calendar Integration
Wellifiy integrates with Google and Outlook calendars. Any time marked as busy or unavailable in those calendars will appear as a red block on your Wellifiy calendar, helping prevent double bookings and streamline your scheduling.

Availability hours are set within your profile and determine which times appear greyed out.
