We’ve evolved how care relationships are managed within Wellifiy.

The Primary Clinician model has now been retired and replaced with a more flexible and scalable Care Team structure. 👥✨

✨ What’s Changed

❌ Primary Clinician Retired

The single “Primary Clinician” field has been removed.

While useful in simpler setups, it did not reflect the reality of how many Organisations deliver care today — where patients are often supported by multiple professionals.

👥 Enhanced Care Team Model

The new Care Team structure allows Organisations to:

• Assign multiple Team Members to a patient

• Clearly define who is involved in a patient's care and has access to their record

• Reflect multidisciplinary collaboration
