Team Members now have the flexibility to leave or be removed from both Patient Direct and Staff Only channels within the Message Centre.
This enhancement ensures better communication management and keeps channel participation relevant and up to date.
Key improvements include:

👋 Leave Channel option – clinicians can now exit channels that no longer require their participation.

🔄 Remove Team Member option – staff with Messaging Management permissions can remove other staff from channels.
