Sep 15 2025: 🗂️ Message Centre - Archive Channels

✨ What’s New

Clinicians and staff can now archive channels within the Message Centre by clicking on the ••• action button in the Channels heading section.

This feature allows users to reduce clutter in their active workspace while still retaining access to past messages. When a channel is archived:

  • The user remains a member of the channel

  • Notifications and alerts are paused

  • The channel is moved to a new Archived Channels section at the bottom of the Message Centre screen

  • Channels can be Unarchived in the future if desired by clicking on the ••• action button in the Channels heading section.

💡 How It Helps

  • 🧘 Declutters the workspace – keeps focus on active and relevant conversations.

  • 🔕 Reduces distractions – stop receiving alerts from inactive or completed discussions.

  • 📁 Keeps records accessible – archived channels remain available for reference whenever needed and unarchived in the future to resume notifications and placement in the team members active channels list and workspace.
