Sep 17 2025: 🚨 Added Crisis Supports Module Toggle to App Configuration Options

✨ What’s New

Team members can now manage the visibility of the Crisis Supports module directly from the Mobile App Configuration settings sections for individual patients and patient groups.

This new toggle allows team members with the relevant permissions to control whether the Crisis Supports section is On/Visible or Off/Hidden in both the Patient Mobile App and Patient Web Portal.
