Sep 18 2025: 📣 Message Centre - Custom Subheading Text for Organisations

✨ What’s New

Organisations can now add their own custom subheading text that appears in the Patient Mobile App and Patient Web Portal, displayed just below the Message Centre heading and above the Channel List and Active Channel.

To configure this, go to:
Administration → Portal Settings → Edit → Message Centre Subheading

💡 How It Helps

  • 🧭 Personalised communication – provide tailor organisation-specific guidance for patients re Message Centre usage.

  • ⚙️ Fully self-managed – update or remove the subheading anytime via Portal Settings, with changes reflected instantly in both web and mobile.
