# Sep 19 2025: 📋 Patient List Export - Added Profile ID and Custom Fields

#### ✨ What’s New

The **Patient List Export** feature has been enhanced to include:

- 🆔 **Profile ID** (a unique Wellifiy auto-generated ID) for each patient
- 🧩 **All Custom Fields** configured within your organisation

These updates ensure exports now provide a **complete and accurate dataset** for reporting, auditing, or integration purposes.
