Sep 23 2025: 👥 Patient Groups - Updated UI/UX with Group Details & Patient List Screens

✨ What’s New

The Patient Groups section has received the first update in a series of upcoming major UI/UX updates to it.

This enhancement introduces two new, easy-to-navigate screens:

  • 🗂️ Group Details Screen – provides a clear overview of key information about each Patient Group.

  • 👩‍⚕️ Patient List Screen – displays all patients assigned to the group in a list for quick viewing and management.
