The Patient Booking flow in both the Patient Web Portal (PWP) and Mobile App has been redesigned to make selecting appointments faster and clearer.
Previously, patients selected a date first and then viewed available times.
With this update, patients can now view both date and time together in a single, easy-to-scan column layout, reducing extra steps and improving usability.
