# Sep 29 2025: 🚀 Patient Onboarding - Create Custom Questions & Automate Group Allocation

#### ✨ What’s New

Organisations can now create **custom onboarding questions** for patients to complete during their initial sign-in across both the mobile app and web portal.

This powerful enhancement allows clinics to collect important information right at the start of a patient’s journey and automatically display it in thePatient Profile widget.

Additionally, clinics can include a **Group Allocation Question** — when patients select a particular response, they are **automatically assigned to the corresponding Patient Group**.
