Setting Up Crisis Support Services
Wellifiy allows you to configure and assign Crisis Support Services so that patients can quickly access urgent support when they need it. These services are displayed within a dedicated Crisis Supports section in the mobile app, accessible by tapping the Phone icon, which is visible on most screens.
📋 What Are Crisis Support Services?
Crisis Support Services are emergency contact points that patients can reach out to for immediate assistance. Each service entry includes:

Name of Service

Phone Number
Examples might include national crisis lines, local mental health triage teams, or emergency services.
➕ Add a New Crisis Support Service
To add a new service:

Go to Portal Management → Crisis Support Services

Click the + New button

Fill in:

Name of Service
-
Phone Number
-
-
Click Save
⚠️ Both fields are required. If left empty or invalid, you’ll see a validation message asking for a valid input.
🧩 Assign Crisis Services to Patient Groups
Once services have been created, you can assign them to specific Patient Groups so that only relevant services appear for each cohort.
Steps:

Navigate to Patient Management → Patient Groups

Select a Patient Group

Under Crisis Services, click Edit

Select one or more services from the list

Click Save
You can assign different services to different Patient Groups depending on regional availability or clinical requirements.
📱 Where Do Patients See Crisis Services?
Patients can access assigned Crisis Services via the Phone icon in the mobile app, which appears on most screens. Tapping this icon opens the Crisis Supports section, displaying all services that have been assigned to their Patient Group.
This ensures that patients always have fast and easy access to critical support.
