Team Calendars Overview

The Team Calendars tab, found in the left-hand menu of the Clinical Portal, provides a centralised place to view and manage your organisation’s appointment calendar across the team. It helps you coordinate schedules, compare availability, and create appointments with ease.


📁 Second-Level Tabs

👤 Individual

View one Team Member’s calendar at a time.

  • A list of Team Members with activated calendars is shown.

  • Click on a Team Member’s name to open their calendar.

  • The calendar displays in the Team Member’s nominated time zone 🌍.

  • You can click on a time slot to create an appointment directly.

👥 Side-by-Side

Compare calendars across multiple Team Members.

  • Calendars are displayed side-by-side in columns.

  • This view uses the Organisation's time zone 🏢 to ensure consistency.

  • Click 🔽 Filter Team Members, select the Team Members you'd like to see, then press ✅ Apply to update the calendar display.

  • Useful for coordinating group sessions or finding common availability.


⚙️ Related Setup: Booking Management

Located separately in the left-hand menu, Booking Management contains configuration options related to calendars and bookings. These are typically used for initial setup or infrequent updates:

Define the services your organisation offers.

🧩 Service Assignment

Assign specific services to the appropriate Team Members.

🕒 Team Availability

Set regular working hours and additional available times for each Team Member (applicable if your organisation permits patient to self-book appointments).
